- Time-to-repair guarantee—Guaranteed restoration within 12 hours in the event of a service outage, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to 20% of your monthly service fee.
- Fast installation time guarantee—Get high-speed Internet installed within 30 calendar days of placing your order, or we'll credit 50% of your first month's service fee.
- Service availability guarantee—Service availability of 99.9% or better, or you will be eligible for a credit equal to one day of service for every hour of downtime beyond the guarantee.

- Average network delivery and delay—Choose Covad with confidence in the performance of our network.
